Jonny Weisman started his career in the motorcycle industry at the age of 14 working at a performance street bike shop on Long Island, New York. After graduating High school where he attended a motorcycle/ marine repair vocational school he moved to Florida to attend the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute. He later moved to Phoenix to finish his schooling at MMI and Paradise Valley Community College. He worked for a well known ATV performance shop where he did suspension, engine, and fabrication. He later taught Kawasaki at MMI and then in 2004 he got his dream job working as a mechanic for the Monster Energy Kawasaki off road race team, working with 5 time AMA national hare and hound champion Destry Abbott, which he is still currently with. I met Jonny in 2005 while I was working with Lance Smail as his mechanic. I knew his background and thought he would be the perfect person to start up a Phoenix TBT location.
