A modern motocross bike comes with amazing stock suspension components. Unfortunately, most riders never get to experience it fully. Most bikes are set for an average rider, riding average speeds in average conditions. If you're riding desert, racing supercross, or hitting ramps; you're not going to be getting the most out of your bike's suspension. At TBT Racing we start by asking questions. Having your suspension properly dialed-in is the key to faster lap times and better bike control.

Your suspension needs service about every 40 hours. If you're a serious racer, it's even more often.
TBT Suspension service includes complete disassembly, cleaning, and inspection as well as replacement of all worn parts.

FORK AND SHOCK RE-VALVING
TBT will precision tune your bike to whatever you prefer. A TBT Technician will completely disassemble, clean and inspect your entire suspension. Modification and re-valve per your custom TBT specs, spring for your weight, set clickers, and spring pre-load so you’re ready to install and ride
All suspension re-valves come with TBT fork Decals, custom spec sheet including clicker settings as well as maintenance and sag setting Instructions.
