More power is good, but making reliable horsepower you can use day in and day out is even better, that's exactly what you'll get from TBT Racing motor modifications.
We use state of the art computer software along with a Dynojet dyno to find hidden horsepower bike's engine. Before any engine package is sold it is extensively track tested.
4-STROKE
Head Porting and Valve Seat Service -

TBT was one of the first companies to do engine work on the modern four stroke motocross bikes. With James Povolny Jr's AMA Supercross and Motocross results from 2002, we have never looked back.
We dis-assemble your head or complete engine, replace any worn or broken parts as well as port and texture the intake tract for maximum throttle response and fuel atomization. The exhaust port is also polished to maximize flow.
Valve Seats are cut on a Sunnen VGS-20 seat machine with a fixed center and finished with a diamond finisher for seat concentricity that is far superior to the Serdi or Neway Hand Cutters used by other companies. This results in a superior valve seal and train life.
*1-piece titanium valves, performance cams, valve spring kits, and ignitions are also available.
2-STROKE
Cylinder and Head Modification -

TBT Racing uses the latest in high performance engine modification software for port modeling and design. Each head is precision milled on a CNC lathe for exact tolerances to match the cylinder modifications. TBT technicians clean, debur, reshape and texture the transfer ports for crisp throttle response. Then we shape, smooth and polish the exhaust ports for the widest possible spread of power.
The Factory Motor
If money is not an object, TBT can build you a "factory" motor. We have access to 90% of the exotic parts, pieces, and coatings that you'll find in the factory team's motors..
